1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application u/s 109 and 110 of the Land Revenue Code has been preferred before the Naib Tahsildar, Lormi, Distt. Mungeli vide annexure P-1 dated 09.07.2019. It is submitted that the petitioner is attending day-to-day as and when the date fixed, but the said application is not being decided for the reasons best known to the Naib Tahsildar, respondent No.4. He submits that for the time being the Naib Tahsildar may be directed to decide the application pending before him within a stipulated period.

2. Having regard to the submission made that the application is pending before the Naib Tahsildar since 09.07.2019, it is directed that the Naib Tahsildar, respondent No.4 is directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner

within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above observation/direction, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
