Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation for grant of pay-scale towards A.C.P which is pending consideration before respondent No. 2 since 21.08.2015 and has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the representation of petitioner for grant of pay-scale towards A.C.P. and take a decision on the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make an additional representation before the concerned authority, if

any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
