1. The applicants have preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.37/2020 registered in Police Station Chowki-Revti, Police Station- Chandaura, District - Surajpur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120-B/34 of the I.P.C.

2. Applicants have committed murder of one Brijesh Patel, son of informant Matuk Dhari Patel. After committing murder, dead body was thrown on the road giving it shape of cycle accident. Applicant No.1 Nitesh Kumar Patel has made extra judicial confession to witness Ramvikas Patel.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the nature of crime and evidence available, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail.
