By this appeal, the.appellaht has challenged the order dated 12.11.2014 passed layAe PrinGipal Judge, Family Court, Durg, in Civil Suit No. 265-A/2014, which has been filed after 14 days of its limitation.

No. 01/2015, for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

Ori due consideration, I.A. No.1/2015 allowed. Delay of 14 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.

After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the light of withdrawal of petition by the appellant, he seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a fresh petition before the / Family Court if occasion arise or cause of action survive.
