1. The order under challenge is dated 16.09.2021 which is passed by Zila Panchayat under C.G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993. Since under Rule 3 C.G. ( Appeal and Revision ) Rules 1995 statutory appeal is provided against the order of Zila Panchayat, the petitioner may prefer alternative statutory remedy available to him under before the appropriate forum.
