ORAL ORDER (22/01/2015) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to restrain the respondents No. 6 & 7 from taking benefit admissible to a Scheduled Tribe person becausethe said respolidents d6 not belong toScheduled Tribe community. 2.

Nparit can be issued against an individual. The petitioner, if he so desiFes.Emay approach the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee seeking cancellation of the caste Gertificate issued to the said respondents. If any such application is filed by the petitioner, the Committee shall consider the same and decide it on merits.as early as possible. 3.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
