Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 20/11/2020 1.

PUD has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhilai-3, District - Durg for extension of time to complete the trial in Criminal Case No.349/2018 pending before that Court. 2.

This Court while disposing off the W.P.(Cr.) No.947/2019 vide order dated 25.09.2019 had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 6 months, but the same has not been concluded due to the reasons given in the PUD. 3.

The reasons mentioned appear to be bonafide, therefore, the prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the time granted for concluding the trial in criminal case as mentioned above, is further extended for a period of 6 months from the date this order is communicated to the Court. 5.

Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed off.
