Versus

1. Chhattisgarh State Public Service Commission Through Chairman, Shankar Nagar Road, Raipur, District Raipur Chhattisgarh

2. Controller Of Examination State Public Service Commission, Shankar Nagar Road, Raipur, District Raipur Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For Petitioner :

Mr. Y. C. Sharma, Sr. Advocate with Ms. Poorva Tiwari, Advocate.

For CGPSC :

Mr. Anand Mohan Tiwari, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 07/10/2021

1. The reason for filing of the present writ petition seems to be the non declaring of the results so far as petitioner is concerned in the Chhattisgarh Administrative Examination that was convened in the month of February and March, 2021.

2. The results of the examination was declared on 14.08.2021. However, the Roll No. of the petitioner i.e. 1907108109 does not find place in the results. The petitioner tried to approach the respondent authorities but he has till date not been provided with the results.

3. Mr. Anand Mohan Tiwari, learned counsel for the CGPSC submits that the non disclosure of the results alone is the grievance of the petitioner, then the counsel for the respondent no.1 & 2 undertakes for providing the petitioner his results within a period of seven days, if the petitioner approaches the office of the respondents.

-24. Given the said undertaking by the learned counsel for the CGPSC, this court is of the opinion that the writ petition itself need not be kept pending further and the same stands accordingly disposed of observing that the petitioner shall approach the office of respondent no.1 & 2 within a period of seven days on any working day and respondent no.1 & 2 shall ensure that on the date when the petitioner approaches respondent no.1 & 2, he is provided with his results promptly.

5. Needless to mention that petitioner would have the right to challenge the outcome of the said results on its own merits.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
