1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.302/2016, registered at Police Station Chirmiri District - Koriya C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, applicant has allegedly

MCRC No. 8247 of 2020 obtained payment of ₹30,000/- from one Panchram and has also obtained similar payment from other victims.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering all relevant aspects of the matter and also considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 15.10.2020; charge-sheet has already been filed; offences are triable by JMFC and moreover, co-accused Ritesh Kumar has already been released on bail by exercising power under Section 437(6) of the Cr.P.C., I am inclined to release the present applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
