Challenge in this revision petition is to the order dated 19.10.2020, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) Korba, District- Korba (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No. 34/2020, whereby the appeal preferred by the applicant/ juvenile against the order of Juvenile Justice Board, Korba, DistrictKorba (C.G.) dated 07.10.2020, has been dismissed, whereby the applicant has been denied bail.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the present revision petition has become infructuous, as the applicant in this case, has been acquitted by the Juvenile Justice Board, Korba.

In view of the above, this revision petition is dismissed and disposed of.
