Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the interim order in favour of the petitioner issued by the Commissioner on 04.09.2017 he has been directed by the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat to appear before him to enquire the matter. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner would be at liberty to submit his reply and copy of this order before the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat authority who shall consider and dispose of the proceeding strictly in accordance with law keeping in view the order of the Revenue Authority. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
