1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 12.07.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred from Middle School Purena, Block Takhatpur, District Bilaspur to Govt. Middle School Pasida, Block Bilha, District Bilaspur.

2. The sole ground which the petitioner has raised is that the petitioner is a Block President of Shaley Shiksha Krmi Sangh and elected on the said post on 10.09.2018. Thus, he falls within the protective category from being transferred.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent no.2 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondent no.2 in turn shall consider and decide the same in terms of the transfer policy of the State Govt. within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned.
