Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 23.08.2018 The claim of the petitioners is that though the land of the petitioners was acquired by the respondents for mining purposes and the petitioners under the rehabilitation policy were entitled for employment being the land

oustee but their case has not been considered by the respondents till date and it is only recently the State Govt. has published the list whereby it has been held that the petitioners were also entitled for employment. 2.

Without expressing anything on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioners is concerned, this Court does not want to keep the petition pending rather ends of justice would serve if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to take a decision on the entitlement of the petitioners. If the petitioners are entitled for then an appropriate order be passed in this regard and if they are not entitled for any relief even then an appropriate order be passed intimating the petitioners that they are not entitled for whatsoever reasons under the guidelines and rules governing the field.

With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
