1. Limited prayer of the petitioner is that award was passed on 02.07.2021 in Land Acquisition case but certain mistake was committed while passing the award under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 ( for short Act of 2013) therefore the petitioner has filed application before the SDO vide Annexure P-

2 as he is the person authorized to perform the power of the Collector, therefore the petitioner prays that SDO may be directed to decide the application preferred by the petitioner.

2. Perused the documents.

3. Without any observation on the merits of the case, if the SDO is vested with the power of Collector under Section 33 of the Act of 2013, then in such case, the SDO is directed to decide the application of the petitioner within a reasonable time.
