Petitioner would assail the impugned notice (Annexure-P-1) and the energy bill (Annexure-P-2), by which the respondents have directed him either to pay the energy bill for Rs.11,18,230/- or file objection within 7 days. The petitioner alleges to have received the bill on 09.08.2018 but did not pay the amount on the ground that since the bill has been issued against him, the issue has already been determined.

Let the petitioner raise objection to the bill, as stated in the order (Annexure-P-1), within one week from today and thereafter, the respondents shall decide the objection and issue final bill within next 3 weeks. The respondents shall pass a reasoned order on petitioner's objection.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
