By way of this petition, the Petitioner is praying for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondents to quash list of eligible-non eligible candidates for post of Secretary Zila Panchayat, Surajpur, District Surajpur, C.G. (Annexure P1) and directed the respondents to place of petitioners in the said list.

10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be directed the respondent authorities to decide the written objection (Annxure P6) filed by the petitioner within prescribed period.

10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, which is deemed fit and proper.

At the outset, it appears from perusal of the record that while questioning the alleged list of eligible-non eligible candidates, which was issued for the post of Secretary Zila Panchayat, Surajpur, the Petitioner has, however, not impleaded those persons whose names are mentioned in the same. In view thereof, the petition suffers from non-joinder of necessary parties, therefore, I am not inclined to allow this petition. 3.
