1. Challenge in this petition is to the order of transfer dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Gram Panchayat, Trikunda, Janpad Panchayat, Ramchandrapur to Gram Panchayat Tripuri, Janpad Panchayat Kusmi.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner had been recently transferred at Trikunda, Janpad Panchayat, Ramchandrapur vide order dated 22.06.2019 and the petitioner gave his joining at the said place on 29.06.2019 and within a short span of less than two weeks the petitioner has again been transferred.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a representation to the respondent No.3 within a period of 10 days

and the respondent No.3 in turn shall consider the representation of the petitioner and contents therein and pass an appropriate order within a further period of 30 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 12.07.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned.
