Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 12.7.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Bemcha, Block Mahasamund to the office of District Education Officer, Mahasamund.

Considering the distance between the two transferred places, this Court does not find this to be a strong made out calling for an interference with the impugned order so far as the Petitioner is concerned. 3.
