The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.540/2017, registered at Police Station - Bhilai Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 394, 120-B of IPC.

This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive the same after examination of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the bail application with direction to the trial Court to expedite the case pending before it.

Learned State counsel has no objection to this proposition. 5.
