This appeal is directed against interim order dated 23.07.2019 passed by the learned Family Court, in matrimonial proceedings between the parties, deciding application for grant of maintenance pendente lite under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, moved by the respondent-wife. 2.

In view of order dated 29.07.2019 passed by this Court in FAM No.95 of 2019 (Smt. Monica Sahu Vs. Puranlal Sarwa), this appeal is not maintainable as it arises out of interlocutory order passed by the Family Court in the matter of granting interim maintenance.

Accordingly, this appeal is held to be not maintainable and dismissed, though, with liberty to take appropriate remedy as may be available to the appellant under the law. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned, after retaining photocopy of the same.
