Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to Annexure P-1, dated 28.10.2020, whereby the Petitioner, who is working as Revenue Inspector, has been transferred from Revenue Circle, Kunkuri to Tahsil Office, Duldula under District Jashpur.

Taking into consideration the short distance between the two places of posting, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition and the same therefore deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed. However, in case, if the Petitioner has any personal grievances so far as the new place of posting is concerned, the right of the Petitioner stands reserved for approaching the Respondents by way of a suitable representation, which if made, the Respondents shall consider and decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with the policy governing the field, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the same. 3.

Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed.
