1. The prosecutrix is present before this Court and she has made a statement that she has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

2. At this stage,learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C with liberty to revive the same after examination of prosecutrix in trial.

3. It is ordered as prayed for.
