1. The appellant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.56/2020, registered at Police Station-Mainpur, District- Gariyaband, (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (द) (ध) (ब) (i) of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the appellant.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In such eventuality, the jurisdictional Court shall consider and decide the appellant's regular bail application expeditiously.
