1. Heard on application for restoration of FA No. 24 of 2002 which was dismissed on 10th July, 2019 for want of prosecution.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit of Ramavtar Sahu, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 24 of 2002.

3. Accordingly, MCC is allowed and FA No. 24 of 2002 is restored to its original number and same be fixed for final hearing in the week commencing 23rd September, 2019.

4. A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 24 of 2002.
