1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 29.10.2020 whereby the petitnoer has been transferred from Patwari Halka No.53 Kumhari, Tehsil Dhamdha, District Durg to Patwari Halka No.51, Sankara, Tehsil Dhamdha District Durg.

2. Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he may be permitted to make a representation to the authorities concerned for ventilating his grievance against the order of transfer which the authorities may decide in accordance with law.

3. The said relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent No2 Collector by way of a fresh representation which the petitioner shall make within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and respondent No.2 in turn shall take a decision within a period of 45 days.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
