1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's service is pensionable service, therefore, he is entitled for pension in the light of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Lakhanram Sahu and others v. State of Chhattisgarh and others (W.A. No.281/2013), decided on 26-2-2015.

2. This petition is disposed of with a direction that on fresh representation filed by the petitioner within 4 weeks from today before the respondents, the respondents shall decide the entitlement of pension to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of representation. No order as to costs.
