This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 09.01.2018 passed in WPC No. 24 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the
petitioner's school has already been inspected and order has been passed by the authorities on 17.09.2018 rejecting the case of the petitioner for affiliation of the school.

The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondents is taken on record.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order dated 17.09.2018 in accordance with law.
