Agrawal Order On Board /0 3 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly submit that the issue involved in the instant writ petiton is covered by the order dated 22.01.2018 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in WPT No. 38/2013 (Steel Authority of India Ltd. Bhilai Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & another).

(2) Since the issue involed is one and same except for the assessment year, the impugned demand notice dated 1.12.2015 (Annexure P-27) stands set aside on similar terms as has been passed in Writ Petition (T) No. 38 of 2013.
