1. By this CRMP, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 20.09.2021 passed in CRA No. 793/2001 with regard to fine amount.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in CRA No. 793/2001, due to typographical error the fine amount imposed upon the appellant has wrongly been mentioned in para 12 as 'Earlier the appellant has paid Rs. 20,000/- therefore, now appellant has to pay Rs. 80,000/-' whereas, it should have been 'Earlier the appellant has paid Rs. 2,000/- therefore, now the appellant has to pay Rs. 18,000/-'.
3. I have gone through the impugned order and perused the record.
4. From perusal of the recored, it appears that in the order passed in CRA No. 793/2001 the correct fine amount imposed upon the appellant is Rs. 20,000/-. Since, the appellant has
already paid Rs. 2,000/- as fine amount imposed by the trial Court, therefore he has to pay Rs. 18,000/-. Thus, the error with regard to the fine amount is apparent on the face of the record with needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in para 12 of the order in question the fine amount imposed upon the appellant be read as 'Earlier the appellant has paid Rs. 2,000/- therefore, now the appellant has to pay Rs. 18,000/-' instead of 'Earlier the appellant has paid Rs. 20,000/- therefore, now the appellant has to pay Rs. 80,000/-'.
6. With this modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
