Perused the statement of PW-1 and PW-2. Considering such statements, leave to appeal is granted.

Registry is directed to register the case as acquittal appeal. Since the respondents are represented, no further notice is required. The respondents are directed to furnish bail bonds in sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one surety each in the like sum before the trial court to secure their presence before this Court as and when required. List it for final hearing.
