Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aspirant to the course of B.A. (Honours) Political Science and the examination is scheduled to be held tomorrow. The petitioner though had paid the fees but his candidature has been rejected on the ground that the fees has not been paid. The petitioner refers to Annexure P-2 and submits that the endorsement from the Bank would show that the amount of Rs.510.20 is paid successfully. Therefore, the petitioner may not be deprived to appear in the examination.

Considering the short issue and after perusal of Annexure P-2, which prima facie shows that payment successful for GGU, which appears to be the screen shot and an amount of Rs.510.20 has been paid successfully, the respondents are directed to allow the petitioner to appear in the examination, which is scheduled tomorrow for B.A. (Honours), the petitioner may forthwith go to the University, as it has been stated by the

University that the Password and User I.D. has to be generated by the petitioner himself. The counsel may also inform the same to their client. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed off. Certified copy today.
