Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 12/03/2015 The petitioner through the instant writ petition seeks to challenge the order dated 8.7.2014 whereby he has been transferred from Basna, Distt. Mahasamund to Kerawahi, Distt. Kondagaon.

Conscious of the scope of interference by the writ court in a dispute of transfer, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to make a representation. He submits that on the said representation being made, the authorities may consider the same sympathetically. 3.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty as prayed for. If a representation is made, it is expected that the authorities shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible keeping in mind the academic session of the children of the petitioner. 4.

With the above observation, the instant Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
