Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 27/08/2018

1. At the outset, this Court finds it difficult to accept the matter to be one which would fall within the ambit of a service matter dispute.

2. Both the petitioners are not government employees and it is also not the case of any of the petitioners that any of their fundamental rights have been infringed, which led to the filing of the present writ petition.

3. The only grievance, which the petitioners intend to seek, is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No. 1, 2 & 3 to take

appropriate action on the complaints and inquiries which have been conducted against the respondent No.4.

4. The petitioners would be at liberty to claim an appropriate relief before an appropriate forum by way of a separate application in this regard.

5. Reserving the aforesaid rights, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
