This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.350/2019, registered at Police Station Khurseepar, District Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 294, 506, 323, 325, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail

MCRC No. 8391 of 2020 application with liberty to revive the same after examination of the victim.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
