1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 01.12.2020 in connection with Crime No. 55/2020 registered in Police Station Amalipadar, District Gariyaband (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (n) of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
