In this petition petitioner is seeking relief of direction to the respondents for supplying tabulation chart and conduct high level enquiry against illegal appointment of such employees in the election duty whose relative was candidate in the said election.

2. Petitioner has challenged the election of the returned candidate for the office of Member of Janpad Panchayat, Region No.1 Kalangpuri, Block Durgukondal by filing an election petition before the concerned Collector.

3. In the opinion of this Court, as long as the election petition is pending consideration, a parallel proceedings which would collaterally affect the decision making by the election Tribunal, is not permissible in view of the Bar contained under Article 243-O of the Constitution of India.
