This Court, by order dated 13.12.2017, has directed the Municipal Corporation, Jagdalpur to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate which the Municipal Corporation has rejected by its order dated 19.07.2018 and as such no cause of action survives for consideration.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to question the order dated 19.07.2018 in accordance with law.
