Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 07/06/2021 1) The matter is heard through Video Conferencing. 2) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 19/06/2020 in connection with Crime No. 24/2020 registered at Police Station Samripath, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 294, 506, 323, 307 & 302 of Indian Penal Code.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
