Petitioner has moved an application for correction of her name and her father's name in the Class 10th Mark Sheet issued by the CBSE for the examination conducted in the year 2011. The respondent Nos.1 & 2 have informed the petitioner that necessary action in respect of her application has been allowed by the Competent Authority of the Board on the basis of the required documents already provided by the School and the details of the correction, as given in the letter dated

11/12.06.2015 (Annexure-P-5), be verified by the School Authorities as well as the candidates very carefully before printing of revised documents.

Learned counsel would submit that despite the communication (Annexure-P-5) and the School having written in favour of the correction sought for by the petitioner, no further action has been taken nor revised corrected mark sheet has been issued to her. 3.

In view of the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers a representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of 2 weeks from today seeking correction of her name and her father's name in the mark sheet, the respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the representation by a reasoned order expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with the certified copy of this order.
