1. The present review application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 24.09.2021 filed in Writ Appeal No. 266/2021.
2. From perusal of the contents of the review application, it appears that the review petition has been filed at the instance of the Corporation, which perhaps had not given any consent to the counsel appearing for the Corporation to
withdraw the appeal.
3. On due consideration of the contents of the review petition and also the submission made by the counsel for the Corporation, we are inclined to recall the order dated 24.09.2021 passed in Writ Appeal No. 266/2021 to the extent of the appeal being dismissed as withdrawn as was stated by the counsel for the Corporation then.
4. In view of the same, the review petition stands allowed.
5. The order dated 24.09.2021 stands recalled.
6. The Writ Appeal No. 266/2021 is ordered to be listed for hearing.
