1. The claim of the petitioner is for direction to the respondents to decide the application for compassionate appointment on the death of his father.

2. The petitioner had promptly made an application before the authority and the society also had made certain recommendations in favour of the petitioner, however no formal order has been passed on his claim application.

3. Given the facts, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.4 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate

appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
