1. Heard.

2. The only prayer which is made before this Court that the petitioner has submitted an application for demarcation of his land bearing Khasra No.198/14 situated at Lingyadih, Bilaspur for which the direction has already been made by the Tehsildar to the RI and Patwari on 12.03.2020 (Annexure P-4) but till

date nothing has transpired and the petitioner is made to suffer.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the revenue records the land was recorded in the name of the father of the petitioner and they are the owner of the said property.

Without going into the merits of the case, since the petitioner has confined his prayer to the demarcation and it is prayed that the respondents may be directed to carryout the demarcation within a stipulated time and also considering the document dated 12.03.2020 (Annexure P-4) the Tehsildar, Bilaspur, in whose jurisdiction the village Lingyadih falls i.e. P.C. No.20, is directed to carryout the demarcation within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
