1. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner being the exSarpanch of Gram Panchayat village Kachanda has carried out certain development work for which the bill has been partly paid and the rest of the amount has not been released, therefore, she made an application to the SDO, Janjgir on 04.01.2020 which may be directed to be decided within a stipulated

time.

Without going into the merits of this case and after perusal of the documents it appears that the petitioner has filed the representation before the SDO, Janjgir on 04.01.2020 for release of the rest of the amount. Since the considerable time has passed, therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to file afresh representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order before the SDO, Janjgir and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided with accordance with the existing facts within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
