Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 19/03/2015 The instant writ petition has been preferred claiming for a relief of two advance increments which the petitioner is entitled for on his obtaining the decree of B.Ed./BTI/D.Ed.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that similar issue has already been decided in a series of writ petitions by this Court and one such petition is W.P.(S) No. 3234 of 2013 which was disposed of vide order dated 03.10.2013.

On due verification, State counsel submits that the case of the
petitioner shall also be considered in the light of the order passed in W.P. (S) 3234 of 2013 and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the claim raised by him, he would be granted the same. 4.
In view of the statement made above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/authorities to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of two advance increments in view of the law laid down as also in view of the circulars which have been issued by the State Government in this regard after due verification of the facts pleaded in the petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
