1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.85/2019 registered in Police Station Odgi, District Surajpur for offence under Section 363 and 366 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has abducted the prosecutrix in the mid night of 3rd and 4th December, 2019.

3. Having seen the statement of the prosecutrix and other material available in the case diary, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.
