1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the resignation which the petitioner has submitted to the respondent no.2 does not seem to have been properly accepted by the Department and the same therefore would not be technically sustainable and prays that the petitioner may be permitted to pursue the representation that he has made to the respondents 2 & 3 in this regard.

2. Since the relief sought by the petitioner is for deciding the

representation that he has made, the State counsel does not oppose the same.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue the representation that he has made before the respondents 2.
