No.2669/17 wherein the co-accused were directed to surrender first before the concerned court and thereafter along with entire certified copy showing surrender etc may file fresh M.Cr.C., if they so advised. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that present applicants will also file prayer for release on bail after the direction given to coaccused in M.Cr.C.No.2669/17 is complied with. 2.

As prayed, the instant application is disposed of as withdrawn.
