1. The grievance of the petitioner is that while working on the post of Block Education Officer, at Patthalgaon, the petitioner on account of medical problems had proceeded on leave and was absent from duty between 15.01.2018 to 24.06.2018. Thereafter on getting fit, the petitioner reported for duties, which has not been acted upon by the respondents and till date he has not been provided joining.

2. The petitioner also seems to be aggrieved by the subsequent internal arrangements made by the respondents, so far as giving the charge of the Block Education Officer, Patthalgaon to the respondent No.4 is concerned. The said grievance may not be relevant at this juncture for the reason that unless the petitioner is

provided a joining, the question of charge and other related issues would not arise.

3. Be that as it may, the writ petition is as of now being disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3 to take a decision so far as the joining of the petitioner is concerned and pass a suitable order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of order of this Court.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to appraise the respondent No.3, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
