1. Though prayer for adjournment is made under instructions from Mr. Rajat Agrawal, Advocate for the applicant, it is found that present is a second bail application. First bail application was rejected on 19.08.2020. Allegations are of commission of offence under Section 302 IPC. There is no change in circumstance at present.

2. Therefore, this bail application is rejected with liberty to revive at appropriate stage.
