This is third bail application for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.

As per the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this applicant has preferred S.L.P. (Criminal) Diary No.(s) 17227 of 2021, which has been dismissed by the Supreme Court on the ground of delay.

As the applicant has already approached the Supreme Court and has not been successful in the matter of grant of anticipatory bail, therefore, on the ground of judicial propriety, this Court can not entertain this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail is dismissed at admission stage itself.
